Balancing Service Delivery and driving cost reduction – local government workshop
CPBS will be taking part in the Hitachi Consulting and Microsoft half day local government briefing on Shared Services due to be held in London on Monday 5th December.
MD Stephen Bayliffe will be talking about the Company’s journey and how it is delivering savings on back office costs of 30% for South Holland and East Lindsey District Councils.
The session in London will allow people to understand how local authorities are combining best in class technology solutions with process redesign to improve service delivery.
There will be an opportunity to hear about how local authorities can be ready to respond to the next wave of changes and hear from Simon Parker from the New Local Government Network and Gordon McKenzie, Managing Director of World Wide Government Solutions at Microsoft.
