With a view to vastly improving the standards of customer service within the Compass Point environment, we have worked together with Microsoft and Vodafone to provide new CRM and phone systems.

The changes that take place are extremely well managed, with organisation levels that allow the transition to occur seamlessly in the eyes of customers.

With the implementation of new systems, we will be able to help you to provide face to face and telephone support to customers, as well as helping to show customer how they could be able to access our services online. It’s hoped that, by encouraging customers to utilise the online options that are available to them, we will be able to give them the confidence to feel more at ease using the web services to answer every day enquiries.

The Microsoft CRM system itself is supplied by Hitachi Consulting and is arrowed towards improving the efficiency of customer services, whilst helping to achieve a decrease in the overall cost of productivity.
